Story Summary:

Chocolate Fever by Robert Kimmel Smith follows Henry Green, a boy who loves chocolate so much that he eats it for every meal—far more than any kid should. One day, his obsession catches up with him: Henry suddenly breaks out in mysterious brown spots that look and smell like chocolate. Terrified and embarrassed, he runs away from school and finds himself swept into a series of chaotic adventures involving confused doctors, suspicious police officers, and even a gang of chocolate smugglers. Through his journey, Henry learns about moderation, self‑control, and the importance of balancing what you love with what’s good for you.
