Story Summary

Bear Country School receives used television equipment, and suddenly the cubs are swept up in media madness. Excitement spreads as they create their own TV station, BTV and everyone wants to be involved. But as the novelty grows, regular schoolwork disappears, priorities shift, and responsibilities are forgotten.

Brother worries about the chaos, Teacher Bob becomes overwhelmed by the station’s demands, and Miss Glitch quietly predicts trouble. When the Board of Education sends out major subject tests, the cubs and teachers face the consequences of letting media take over. In the end, everyone learns about balance, responsibility, leadership, and the importance of keeping priorities straight.
